Mars on November 4, 2020
The dark marking of Solis Lacus (Eye of Mars) dominated this view of Mars, with
Mare Erythraeum and Auorae Sinus extending the dark markings to the left. Mare
Acidalium coming into view at the lower left. South Polar Cap (south is up in the
drawing) was small but bright. Rim (morning/evening) clouds and North Polar Hood
were subtle.
